This standard reference ГОСТ2387-1980 "wire rope fatigue test method" to be revised, this standard consistent with ГОСТ2387-1980

This standard replaces GB/T 12347-1996 "wire rope bending fatigue test method."
This standard compared with GB/T 12347-1996 main changes are as follows.
--- Increased package angle, bending fatigue frequency, bending fatigue cycle, bending fatigue terms such as terminology;
--- The term "bending pulley" is modified to "test wheel";
--- Remove the fatigue testing machine A, B, C, D, E-type classification;
--- Give the principle of selection of test parameters;
--- Delete Appendix A

Steel wire rope bending fatigue test method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of wire rope bending fatigue test, test principle, test machine, sample, test procedures and test reports.
This standard applies to the following wire rope diameter 60mm under repeated bending plane fatigue test.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Specimen in the same plane through the test wheel to a certain direction of bending a certain degree of fatigue test. The principle shown in Figure 1.
