3 terms and definitions
GB/T 13005 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Immersion method water-immersiontest
A test cylinder filled with a predetermined pressure gas was immersed in a water tank to check the airtightness test method.
Note. The immersion method is applicable to the air tightness test of the whole or local part of the tested cylinder.
3.2
Coating method soapbubbletest
And a test solution is applied to the part to be inspected of the test cylinder with the specified pressure gas to check the airtightness test method.
Note. The coating method is suitable for the screw connection between the cylinder and the valve valve, the valve stem, the valve outlet, the fusible plug or the gasket welded joint
test.
4 test device
4.1 inflator
4.1.1 The air supply pressure shall be greater than 1.1 times the test airtight test pressure.
4.1.2 test medium should be used dry, clean air, nitrogen or other gas with the test gas is compatible with the nature of the human body non-toxic,
Non-corrosive and non-combustible gases (except gas cylinders). For test cylinders containing oxygen or oxidizing gases, the test medium should be strictly free of oil.
4.1.3 Gas cylinder air tightness test pressure shall comply with the product standard of the corresponding cylinder and the provisions of TSGR0006.
4.1.4 gas tank should be installed in the inflatable system, the gas tank should be installed safety valve, gas tank design, manufacture, installation, transformation, use should be consistent
TSGR0004.
4.1.5 Reliable degreasing and dewatering devices shall be provided in the inflatable system to ensure that the test media complies with the requirements of 4.1.2.
4.1.6 The pressure piping of the inflatable system shall be qualified by hydrostatic test. The pressure of the hydrostatic test shall not be less than that of the tested gas cylinder.
1.5 times the holding time of not less than 3min. Inflatable pipe design, manufacture, installation, use, etc. with reference to the relevant provisions of TSGD0001.
4.1.7 Gas compressors, gas cylinders and other gas booster equipment and inflatable pipe outlet should be installed pressure gauge. Gas compressor, gas tank
And other gas pressurized equipment pressure gauge accuracy of not less than 2.5, inflatable system and the test cylinder connected to the pipeline should be set to check the pressure gauge and work
The role of pressure gauge, the day before the formal work need to use the check with the pressure gauge on the working pressure gauge for verification. The accuracy of the pressure gauge is not less than
1.6, the range for the cylinder test pressure of 1.5 times to 3.0 times. The calibration period for the calibration pressure gauge is six months.
4.2 Test tank
The test tank used for the immersion test of the immersion method shall comply with the following requirements.
A) the depth of the tank should be able to make all the gas cylinders into the water, and the highest point from the surface of not less than 5cm;
B) The inner wall of the tank should be white and the water in the tank should be kept clean and transparent. When the brightness in the tank is insufficient, the lighting should be provided at the bottom of the tank.
4.3 Test solution
4.3.1 test liquid for liquid coating method of air tightness test.
4.3.2 Test solution shall not cause harmful effects on the test cylinder, for the oxygen or oxidizing gas containing the test cylinder, the application of grease-free
Of the test solution.
4.3.3 Check the liquid should be selected surface tension of the liquid, the test solution should be able to detect small leaks of bubbles.
4.4 Safety requirements
