This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 11087-2001 "special radiator condenser brass band." This standard compared with GB/T 11087-2001,
The main changes are as follows.
--- Increase H85 grade;
--- Thickness ranging from "0.08 to 0.18" to "0.10 to 0.20";
--- Remove the Ordinary thickness deviation level precision;
--- Thickness deviation segment consists of three segments adjusted to two;
--- Increasing the strip coil weight "through contracts to provide other volumes indicate weight requirements.";
--- Side strip curvature less than 1mm per meter from the modifications for each 2m of not more than 4mm;
--- Increase the mechanical properties of H85 at room temperature;
--- Increased strip chemical composition analysis method YS/T 482 "Copper and copper alloys photoemission spectroscopy analysis method";
--- Increase the informative Appendix A. side strip curvature value equivalent conversion.
The revised standard used by the US ASTM B569.2009 "heat exchanger tubes narrow thin brass strip." This standard and the United States
ASTMB569.2009 compared to the main differences are as follows.
--- Increased H90, H68, HAs68-0.04 grades;
--- Thickness tolerances were tightened;
