3.2 due to manufacturing, processing and use characteristics of the material has the following four states.
a) sintered powder metallurgy method --- made of sintered state;
b) sintering annealed --- sintered compact after annealing treatment status;
c) forging state --- sintered blank annealed or sintered, forged and annealed condition after treatment;
d) quenching and tempering state --- processed and quenched and tempered material to achieve the performance required for use.
