1 General
1.0.1 In order to improve the installation level of extruded steel pipe engineering equipment, strengthen the quality control of the construction process, ensure the construction quality, achieve safety and environmental protection, and advance technology, this specification is formulated.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the installation and quality inspection of extruded steel pipe engineering equipment.
1.0.3 The installation and acceptance of extruded steel pipe engineering equipment shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
2 Basic regulations
2.0.1 The construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, quality management system, quality control and inspection system, construction organization design, and construction plan operation documents.
2.0.2 The engineering technical documents adopted and the requirements for installation quality in the contract shall comply with the provisions of this specification.
2.0.3 Changes to construction drawings should have documents signed by the design unit.
2.0.4 Measuring instruments used in quality inspection and acceptance should be calibrated and used within the validity period.
2.0.5 Before the equipment is installed, the foundation of the equipment should pass the acceptance inspection, the relevant factory buildings should have the conditions for equipment installation, the site should have water source, power supply, working plane and working space, and the transportation road should be unimpeded.
2.0.6 The center datum line and datum point shall be set for equipment installation, the permanent center mark plate and the elevation datum point shall be buried, and the permanent center mark plate and the elevation datum point shall be remeasured regularly.
2.0.7 Equipment installation should be carried out according to the prescribed procedures. After each process is completed, inspection and acceptance should be carried out, and records should be formed. Those who have not been inspected shall not carry out the construction of the next process.
2.0.8 Secondary grouting of equipment and other concealed works shall be checked and accepted before concealment, and shall be documented.
2.0.9 The safety protection facilities of the equipment must be complete and reliable, and the action of the limit switch should be accurate.
2.0.10 Before the trial operation of the equipment, the installation of the equipment shall be checked and accepted.
2.0.11 The acceptance of equipment installation quality shall be carried out in accordance with sub-projects, sub-projects and unit projects on the basis of self-inspection by the construction unit. The division of divisions and sub-projects should follow the provisions of Appendix A of this specification.
2.0.12 Sub-project quality acceptance shall meet the following requirements.
1 The main control item inspection should meet the quality standard requirements of this specification;
2 General item inspection results, machinery and equipment should all meet the quality standards of this specification;
3 Quality acceptance records and quality certification documents should be complete.
2.0.13 The sub-project quality acceptance shall meet the following requirements.
1 The quality of sub-projects contained in sub-projects shall pass the acceptance inspection;
2 Quality control data should be complete;
3 The no-load test run of the single equipment should be qualified.
2.0.14 Unit project quality acceptance shall meet the following requirements.
1.The quality of the sub-projects contained in the unit project shall pass the acceptance inspection;
2 Quality control data should be complete;
3 The no-load linkage trial operation of the equipment should be qualified;
4 The perception quality inspection should be qualified.
2.0.15 The project perception quality inspection items of the unit shall meet the following requirements, and each random check shall not be less than 10 places.
1.The bolts, nuts and washers of the connecting bolts should be fully configured. After tightening, the bolts should expose 2 to 3 threads of the nuts, and the exposed threads should not be damaged. The screwing direction of the bolts should be consistent except for structural reasons;
2 The sealing surface should not leak oil, air or water;
3 The pipeline layout should be reasonable, the arrangement should be neat, and the fixing should be firm;
4 The sound insulation and heat insulation materials should have uniform layer thickness, firm binding and smooth surface;
5.The paint should be applied evenly, without leakage, peeling, wrinkle and bubbles, and the color should be consistent;
6 Walking platforms, ladders and railings should be fixed firmly without appearance defects;
7 The welding seam should have uniform welding waves, and the welding slag and spatter should be cleaned up;
8 There should be no slag at the incision;
9 The finished equipment should have no defects, and the exposed processing surface should be well protected;
10 The construction site should be managed in an orderly manner, and there should be no sundries around the equipment.
2.0.16 When the quality of the inspection item does not meet the requirements of the corresponding professional quality acceptance specification, the inspection item should be re-accepted after rework. The inspection items that meet the design requirements shall be judged as passing the inspection.
2.0.17 The project quality does not meet the requirements, and the project still cannot meet the quality and safe use requirements after treatment or rework, it is strictly forbidden to sign and accept the project.
2.0.18 The quality acceptance procedure shall comply with the following regulations.
1 Sub-item projects shall be inspected and accepted by the supervisory engineer or the project technical director of the construction unit to organize the professional and technical director of the construction unit project and quality inspectors;
2 Subdivision projects should be inspected and accepted by the chief supervisory engineer or the project leader of the construction unit to organize the project leader of the construction unit and the person in charge of technology and quality;
3 After the unit project is completed, the construction unit should organize inspection and evaluation, and submit the project acceptance report to the construction unit;
4 The person in charge of the project of the construction unit shall organize the person in charge of the project of the construction, design, supervision and other units to conduct the acceptance of the unit project;
5 The general contractor shall be fully responsible for the quality of the project, participate in the inspection and evaluation of the subcontracted project by the subcontractor, and conduct acceptance inspection according to the procedures stipulated in this specification. After the subcontracting unit completes the subcontracting project, it shall submit the relevant materials of the project to the general contracting unit.
2.0.19 The quality acceptance records of equipment installation shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The sub-project quality acceptance records shall be filled in according to the requirements of Appendix B of this specification;
2 The sub-project quality acceptance records shall be filled in according to the requirements of Appendix C of this code;
3 The unit project quality acceptance record shall be filled in according to the requirements of Appendix D of this specification;
4 The no-load test run record of equipment shall be filled in according to the requirements of Appendix E of this code.
3 Equipment foundation, anchor bolts and backing plates
3.1 Equipment foundation construction
3.1.1 The quality of the equipment foundation shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering" GB 50204.
3.1.2 The basic inspection and acceptance should be carried out before the equipment installation, and the equipment installation shall not be carried out without the qualified foundation.
3.1.3 The strength grade of foundation concrete shall meet the design requirements.
3.1.4 The external dimensions of the foundation, the center and elevation of the anchor bolts, the reserved holes for the anchor bolts, and the centerline, elevation, and geometric dimensions of the T-bolt embedded parts shall comply with the design documents and the current national standard "Construction of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" And the relevant provisions of GB 50231 General Specification for Acceptance.
3.1.5 The formwork, anchor bolt fixing frame and exposed steel bars on the surface of the foundation should be completely removed, and the laitance, oil, gravel, soil, water and other sundries on the surface of the foundation and in the holes of the foundation bolts should be cleaned up.
3.1.6 The basic acceptance information should be complete, and should be signed by the quality inspection department and engineering supervision department.
3.1.7 Before the equipment is installed, the reference line and reference point layout shall be drawn according to the equipment process layout drawing and the measurement control network, and the positions of the central target plate and reference point shall be determined. The center line of the main shaft and the main equipment of the continuous production line should be embedded with permanent center marks and reference points.
3.1.8 For the equipment foundation that needs to be observed for settlement, the settlement observation records and settlement observation points shall be handed over, and settlement observation shall be continued and records shall be formed during the equipment installation process.
3.2 Basic acceptance of equipment

3.2.1 The foundation strength of the equipment shall meet the design requirements.

Ⅱ General Items
3.2.3 The axis position, elevation, size and anchor bolt position of the equipment foundation shall comply with the design requirements or the relevant provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB 50231.The position, elevation and size of the embedded backing plate of the equipment foundation shall meet the design requirements.

3.2.4 Oil stains, gravel, soil, water, etc. on the surface of the equipment foundation and in the reserved holes of the anchor bolts should be cleaned up. The threads and nuts of the pre-embedded anchor bolts should be protected with oil.

3.3 Installation of anchor bolts
3.3.1 The threaded part of the anchor bolts should be oiled and protected.
3.3.2 The installation of anchor bolts in reserved holes shall meet the following requirements.
1 The reserved hole should be cleaned up, and the size and depth of the reserved hole should be checked;
2 The oil stain and scale of the anchor bolts should be removed, and an appropriate amount of grease should be applied to the threaded part;
3 Check that the diameter, length and thread length of anchor bolts should meet the design requirements;
4 The installation of the anchor bolts should be vertical, and the distance between the four sides and the hole wall should be greater than 15mm, and should not touch the bottom of the hole. After the equipment is initially leveled and aligned, there should be a gap between the anchor bolts and the equipment bolt holes;
5 The equipment surface, finished ground or wall surface should be protected during the primary and secondary grouting of the equipment;
6 After the concrete strength of the reserved holes meets the design requirements, the equipment can be finely adjusted and the anchor bolts tightened.
3.3.3 The installation of the anchor bolts of the anchor plate shall meet the following requirements.
1 The diameter, length, mark, size of the hammer head, connection form of the hammer head and the screw rod and anti-corrosion of T-shaped anchor bolts shall meet the design requirements;
2 Before the secondary grouting of the equipment, stuffing should be filled in the bolt sleeve to close the sleeve opening according to the design requirements;
3 According to the fastening force requirements and the working environment on site, select the appropriate method and tools to fasten the anchor bolts, and the fastening force should meet the design requirements.
3.4 Acceptance of anchor bolts
Ⅰ Master Control Item
3.4.1 The specifications and tightening torque of anchor bolts shall meet the design requirements.

Ⅱ General Items
3.4.2 The anchor bolts should be free from oil and scale, and the threaded parts should be greased.

3.4.3 The anchor bolts in the reserved holes shall be vertical, and the distance between the bolts and the walls of the reserved holes shall not be less than 15mm, and shall not touch the bottom of the holes.

3.5 Backing plate installation
3.5.1 The size and arrangement of backing plates shall comply with the design documents. If there is no regulation in the design, it shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB 50231.
3.5.2 Before construction, the seat grout pad layout should be drawn according to the equipment layout, equipment foundation bolt layout and equipment base dimensions.
3.5.3 At least one set of backing plates shall be provided next to each anchor bolt. The backing plate group should be close to the anchor bolts and the main force-bearing parts of the equipment.
3.5.4 The size and quantity of backing plates shall be determined according to equipment load, foundation bolt fastening force and concrete compressive strength, etc.
3.5.5 The backing plate installed by the slurry method shall meet the following requirements.
1 When processing large flat pads, vent holes should be designed in the middle;
2 The strength of the seat grout concrete before equipment installation should reach the design strength of the foundation concrete;
3 Raw materials should be measured during slurry construction, and strength test blocks should be made at the same time.
3.6 Backing plate acceptance
Ⅰ Master Control Item
3.6.1 When the backing plate is set by the grout method, the 48h strength of the grout concrete should reach the design strength of the foundation concrete.

Ⅱ General Items
3.6.2 The setting of the backing plate of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of the design documents. If there is no regulation in the design, it shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB 50231.

4 Equipment and materials entering the site
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 The construction unit shall prepare a plan for the entry of equipment and materials.
4.1.2 Before the equipment is installed, an unpacking inspection should be carried out, and the equipment should be properly protected after unpacking.
4.1.3 The unpacking inspection of equipment shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The unpacking inspection of the equipment should form an inspection record, and the equipment handover procedures should be completed;
2 For equipment unpacking inspection, the quantity of equipment shall be counted according to the packing list, and the type and specification of equipment shall be checked according to the design documents;
3 The surface quality of the inspection equipment should be free from defects, deformation, and corrosion, and any defects should be recorded in time;
4 The accompanying data of the equipment should be properly preserved or handed over to the owner, and handover procedures should be completed.
4.1.4 When the equipment is moved and hoisted, the hoisting point should be at the marked position of the equipment or packing box, and protective measures should be taken.
4.1.5 After materials enter the site, accounts should be established and stored in a timely manner, placed neatly, and marked and anti-damage measures are provided.
4.1.6 The equipment and materials should be managed by special personnel, and the inspection work should be done before use.
4.2 Acceptance of equipment and materials
4.2.1 The equipment type, specification and quantity shall meet the design requirements.

4.2.2 The materials should be inspected when they enter the site, and the model, specification and quantity should meet the design requirements and an inspection record should be formed.

5 Tube blank preparation section equipment
5.1 Short (long) ruler band saw machine installation
5.1.1 Clean the anti-rust grease on the guide rail surface before adjustment.
5.1.2 The band saw machine should be installed with the band saw machine body first, and then the feeding (connecting) rack.
5.1.3 The adjustment of the elevation should be based on the guide rail surface of the bed.
5.1.4 The adjustment of longitudinal and transverse centers should be based on the centerline of the bed.
5.1.5 The level adjustment should be based on the guide rail surface of the bed.
5.2 Acceptance of short (long) band saw machine

5.9 Long and deep hole drilling machine installation

5.11 Trial operation of equipment in the tube blank preparation section
5.11.1 The test run shall meet the following requirements.
1 The trial operation plan prepared by the construction unit shall be approved by the chief supervisory engineer or the project leader of the construction unit.
2 The installation of equipment, auxiliary devices, pipelines, etc. should be completed, and the quality records and materials should be complete.
3 The commissioning of hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, electrical and other systems should be inspected and should meet the requirements of trial operation.
4 The materials, tools and testing instruments required for trial operation shall meet the requirements of trial operation.
5 The equipment, import and export pipelines and the surrounding environment should be cleaned up for trial operation, and there should be no dust, noise or vibration around.
6 The test run time or frequency of single equipment, if there is no special requirement, shall comply with the following regulations.
1) The uninterrupted operation time of continuous operation equipment should not be less than 2 hours;
2) The reciprocating operation of the equipment should not be less than 5 times in the whole process or within the range of rotation.
7.If there is no special requirement for the bearing temperature of the test run of the equipment, the following regulations shall be met.
1) When the rolling bearing is in normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80°C;
2) When the sliding bearing is in normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 35°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70°C.
5.11.2 The roller table from the feeding rack to the bed of the band saw machine should run smoothly, and the material can be fed in and out freely. It should run 3 times without any abnormalities.
5.11.3 The longitudinal movement of the carriage, knife rest and sliding crate of the peeling machine and end processing machine should be stable without crawling. The maximum horizontal stroke of the knife rest and the maximum stroke of the upper knife rest should meet the technical requirements.
5.11.4 The test run of the centering hole drilling machine shall meet the following requirements.
1 The total stroke of the power head up and down should meet the design documents;
2 The total stroke of each gear, the working speed of the sliding table, and the fast forward speed of the power head should meet the requirements of the design documents.
5.11.5 The pallet of the long and deep hole drilling machine should move smoothly without crawling.
6 Piercing (expanding) hole machine
6.1 Base installation
6.1.1 Before the foundation is installed, basic inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to the requirements of section 3.2 of this code.
6.1.2 The anti-rust oil and oil stains on the bottom surface of the base should be removed before installation.
6.1.3 The adjustment of the elevation shall be based on the plane on the base.
6.1.4 The adjustment of longitudinal and transverse centers shall be based on the foundation centerline.
6.1.5 The adjustment of the levelness of the split base should be carried out in the vertical, horizontal and diagonal directions.
6.1.6 The anchor bolts should be tightened with a hydraulic wrench.
6.2 Base acceptance

6.2.1 The tightening torque of the base bolts shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.
Ⅱ General Items

6.3 Rack Mounting
6.3.1 The frame should be installed after the base grouting material reaches the design strength.
6.3.2 The frame should be installed in place by overall hoisting.
6.3.3 The bottom plate of the rack column should be in close contact with the base, check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge, and 75% of the surrounding areas will not penetrate.
6.3.4 The inspection of the verticality of the rack column should be carried out at the upper, middle and lower parts.
6.3.5 After the rack is hoisted in place, check the contact surface between the sliding plate of the guide rail and the window of the rack, and the contact area should be greater than 75%.
6.4 Rack acceptance
