1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 4706.1-2024 is replaced by the following.
This document specifies the safety requirements for commercial powered floor treatment machines for indoor and outdoor use intended for the following purposes.
---scrub;
---Dry or wet vacuuming;
---Polishing and dry sanding;
---Waxing, using sealing products and powder-based detergents;
---Spray cleaning;
---Stripping, grinding and refurbishing.
Its cleaning trajectory is transverse or periodic rather than linear.
Note 101.In contrast, the cleaning trajectory of the equipment specified in GB/T 4706.96 is mainly linear.
NOTE 102 This document applies to commercial appliances. The following items, although not comprehensive, are an indication of the locations covered by this document.
