This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. Introduction

According to the Yellow River Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the state implements a mandatory water quota management system in the Yellow River Basin and formulates the Yellow River Mandatory water quotas for high water-consuming industries and service industries in the Yellow River Basin. The national standard for mandatory water quotas is used to measure the water conservation efforts of relevant industries in the Yellow River Basin. 3 Terms and definitions
