This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods and markings of refrigerated trucks.
This document is applicable to the refrigeration of road transport of perishable food and biological products using completed vehicles or modified Class II and III chassis.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A general term for foods that are prone to spoilage when stored at room temperature or in circulation.

It is a special vehicle equipped with a compartment with an insulating structure and a temperature adjustment device for refrigerated transportation.
