6 Test methods

6.1 structure size and appearance 6.1.1 Size of. using precision measuring tools to detect common 0.5mm shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 6.1.2 Visual inspection. The accuracy of 0.02mm vernier caliper bubbles, black impurities; stick to test the use of a sample irrigation party Law, whether to keep the inside handle to check circulation and fluid; the remaining projects under natural light visually. 6.2 airtight test 6.2.1 Number of test samples Each design type take three test samples. Special preparation of test sample before the test 6.2.2. The closure means have a similar non-vented closures instead of the vent hole or vent hole blocked. 6.2.3 Test Equipment According to GB/T 17344 requirements of. 6.2.4 Test Method The sample was clamped closure means including underwater 5min, while applying internal air pressure, the air pressure applied to the (gauge), see Table 4, clamp method should not affect the test results. Other methods at least equally effective may be used. 6.2.5 Guidelines by Test All samples should be no leakage. 6.3 hydraulic testing 6.3.1 Number of test samples Each design type take three test samples. 6.3.2 Special preparation before the test container The closure means have a similar non-vented closures instead of the vent, or vent blocked. 6.3.3 Test Equipment Hydraulic test machine packages of dangerous goods or other test equipment to achieve the same effect. 6.3.4 Test methods and test pressure The tank filled with water, the pressure gauge and the pressure pump is connected and fixed to the Guankou through the communication component. Pressurized tank to reach Table 4 Regulation After given test pressure, hold pressure 30min, support vessels manner should not invalidate the test. Test pressure should be continuously and uniformly Applied. 6.3.5 Guidelines by Test All samples should be no leakage. 6.4 Stacking test 6.4.1 Number of test samples Each design type take three test samples. 6.4.2 Test Equipment According to GB/T 4857.3 requirements. 6.4.3 Test Method and stacking load A load is applied to the top surface of the test sample, this may be equivalent to stacking load mass thereon in the same number of transport packaging The total of the mass. If the relative density of the liquid contents of the test sample with a liquid to be transported is different, the latter shall load calculations. include Stacking test sample, including minimum height should be 3m. When a substance is intended to contain liquids shall be subjected to 28d at a temperature of not lower than 40 ℃ Stacking test. When a substance is intended to contain solid at room temperature should be at stacking 24h. Stacking load calculation formula below. Where. Load P --- load, in kilograms (kg); H --- stacking height (not less than 3m), in meters (m); M --- single package gross weight, in kilograms (kg). 6.4.4 Guidelines by Test Test samples not leak, does not allow the test sample may affect safety during transport damage, or may reduce its strength or cause Packaging Piece stacking unstable deformation. Before determination, the samples should be cooled to ambient temperature. 6.5 drop test 6.5.1 Number of test samples and drop orientation Each design model to take six test samples; The first drop (using three samples, each sample drop once). The sample should be knurled diagonally impinge impingement plate; Second drop (using the other three samples, each sample drop once). The sample should be the first drop of the weakest parts of untested strike In the impingement plate, such as the closure means or seam line. 6.5.2 specially prepared sample Before the drop test, the temperature of the test sample and its contents shall be reduced to -18 ℃ or less, the test liquid should be kept in the liquid, if necessary When you can add antifreeze. 6.5.3 Test Equipment In line with GB/T 4857.5 in the test equipment. Freezer compartment (box) should be able to meet the requirements of 6.5.2. 6.5.4 Drop height According to Table 4 or 5 of the height of fall. 6.5.5 Guidelines by Test 6.5.5.1 sample containing liquid in the internal and external pressure balanced, should be no leakage. 6.5.5.2 Samples containing solids undergoes a drop test and its impact on the end face of the impact plate, if the entire contents remained in the sample being, Even if the closure is no longer sift-proof, the test sample passes the test. 6.5.5.3 upon impact the closure means having a little discharge, but no further leakage, the sample is still considered acceptable.

7 Inspection rules

7.1 factory inspection 7.1.1 Product delivery shall be granted inspection, the same size, the same formula for each delivery batch batch. 7.1.2 according to the provisions of 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 in airtight test to test. Using GB/T 2828.1 normal check sampling plan, Check the level of its special inspection level S-2 (IL = 2), acceptable quality level of 4.0 (AQL = 4.0), and the number of samples to see the acceptance number Table 6. Table 6 Batch range Normal single sampling IL = 2 AQL = 4.0 The number of samples to determine the number unqualified acceptance number 1 ~ 1200301 1201 and above 1312 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements for the type test 5.3 project. 7.2.2 Type test conditions When plastic containers of dangerous goods packaging production of one of the following conditions, type of inspection should be carried out. a) production of new products or old products converting the trial to identify stereotypes; B) after the official production, such as structure, materials, technology has drastically changed, it may affect product performance; c) Normal production, every quarter; D) After the product long-term shutdown, resume production; e) factory inspection results are quite different and the last type test results; f) the national quality supervision agency type inspection. 7.3 determine the rules 7.3.1 factory inspection to determine the rules. according to the requirements of the standard itemized inspection, which is a failure, it is determined that the sample is substandard grid. When failure is greater than or equal to the number specified in Table 6 failed, it is determined that the product failed. 7.3.2 Type inspection judgment rule. The inspection carried out in 5.3, when a sample failure is the failure. Such as a failure of the batch failed. 7.3.3 substandard batch of danger after removing the plastic tank, submit test once again, its stringency unchanged. When still unsatisfactory, it determined to be defective. 8 signs, transportation and storage 8.1 Each risk should be marked with plastic tanks in line with the United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" and the provisions of GB 19270.1 Dangerous goods packaging marks. 8.2 Each batch danger plastic tanks qualified certificate, along with instructions. 8.3 Shuaidie transportation should be avoided, avoid sharp hard object collisions. 8.4 dangerous plastic tanks awnings should be stored to avoid exposure. Filling temperature below 60 ℃, storage temperature below 40 ℃. Since the date of production, dangerous plastic tanks Storage shelf life of 2 years.
