This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 18445-2012 "Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof material". Compared with GB 18445-2012, except for the structural adjustment
Besides the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added the term and definition "self-repair capability" (see 3.7);
b) The performance indicators of cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproofing agents have been changed (see Table 2 of 6.2, Table 2 of 6.2 of the.2012 edition);
c) Some test methods have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2012 edition);
d) Added the test method for the self-repairing ability of cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproofing agents (see Appendix A).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof materials.
As well as labeling, packaging, storage, transportation and shelf life.
This document is applicable to powdered cement-based permeable crystallization products made of silicate cement as the main component and mixed with a certain amount of active chemical substances.
Type waterproof material, used for cement concrete structure waterproofing projects.

3 Terms and Definitions

A rigid waterproof material for cement concrete, containing active chemicals that penetrate into the concrete using water as a carrier and react with cement water.
The chemical products generate water-insoluble crystals in a water environment, filling capillary pores and tiny gaps, thereby improving the density and resistance of concrete.
