This standard replaces GB 17992-1999 "container front lifting crane safety regulations."
The main technical differences between standard compared with GB 17992-1999 are as follows.

--- Canceled repealed standards such as JT/T 232-1995, JT5020-1986 etc;
--- Canceled 4.3,4.11,5.4,5.6,7 chapters and clauses;

3 Basic requirements
3.1 Front Carrier design, manufacture and installation according to prescribed procedures approved by the drawings and related technical documentation and shall comply
GB/T 3811 regulations.
