Foreword
Chapter 4 of this standard are mandatory, others are recommended.
This standard replaces GB 16710.1-1996 "construction machinery noise limit."
This standard compared with GB 16710.1-1996 main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name from "Construction Machinery noise limit" to "earth-moving machinery noise limit."
--- Standard divided by the standard number of part numbers to a single standard.
--- Expanding the applicable standards earthmoving machinery type.
Original standard applies to four types of machines. excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoe loaders;
Now the machine is applicable for the 11 categories. bulldozers, loaders, backhoe loaders, excavators, dump trucks, scrapers, motor grader, pipelayer
Machine, trencher, landfill compactors, rollers.
--- Modified aircraft engine emissions and noise classification engine power bins.
--- Revised noise limits, and increased progressively decreasing implementation time and phase noise limits.
The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard by the national earthmoving machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC334) centralized.

Introduction
With the development of technology and the concern for the environment and human health, the world of machine noise control requirements more stringent. To maintain
Protecting the environment and human health, it must be transmitted to earth-moving machinery noise machine control. Control the level of noise limits, both should meet the environmental
Protection, hearing protection needs of the driver, but also consider the technical status of the domestic product. This standard specifies the limits of this stage of earthworks
Minimum requirements for machinery noise.
Taking into account advances in technology, especially measures to reduce noise at the source of the effectiveness of the machine should be designed and manufactured to minimize noise
Impact on the environment and human health emission. In the design of the machine should be considered to control noise at the source of the sound feasibility and technical measures. recommend

4 noise limits
4.1 Noise emission limits outside the machine
When moving machinery noise emission outside the machine according to the method GB/T 25614 stipulated test, emission sound power level should be less than the value specified in Table 1.
4.2 Driver position noise limits
Moving machinery fitted with cab drivers at the noise emission at the position by the method of GB/T 25615 stipulated test driver position hair
Radio sound pressure level should not exceed the requirements in Table 2.
