5.1 Principle
5.1.1 Principle of Gas Chromatography (GC/NPD)
This method uses SKF525A as the internal standard, after separation, purification, concentration, and gas chromatography with nitrogen and phosphorus detector (NPD).

5.1.2 Principle of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS)
This method is based on the mass spectrum of Jingsongling peak; the ion peak of mass/charge ratio M/Z206 is selected for Jingsongling, and the internal standard is used to select the mass-to-charge ratio.
The ion peak of M/Z86 is compared with the parallel reference (known concentrations of Jingsongling and SKF525A), based on peak height ratio or peak surface
The product value ratio was calculated by internal standard method to calculate the content of Jingsongling in the sample.
