1 Scope
This standard stipulates the establishment of a DNA criminal database, on-site inspection of criminal cases and the construction of DNA databases for missing persons.
This standard applies to the construction of a forensic science DNA database.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
A database built using DNA typing techniques, computer technology, and web technologies to collect DNA data. Including foundation
DNA database, pre-library, on-site library and missing personnel library and related information.
3.2
Stores the chromosomal location of each locus in the DNA database, the gene frequency data and genotype data of the relevant population, and related forensics
DNA data such as application parameters (H, Dp, PE, PIC) are used.
