1 Scope
This document specifies the inspection items, inspection requirements and handling of inspection results for road inspections of vehicles transporting dangerous goods.
This document is applicable to the inspection of dangerous goods transport vehicles traveling on the road by the traffic management departments of public security organs.

4 Inspection items
4.1 The road inspection of dangerous goods transport vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “road inspection”) includes license plate inspection, vehicle safety inspection and traffic safety inspection.

4.2 Items of license inspection include.
a) Motor vehicle license plate, motor vehicle driving license, inspection certificate, insurance certificate or electronic insurance policy;
b) Motor vehicle driver’s license and ID card (if you have any questions about the motor vehicle driver’s license).
