3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
With blank samples and added samples as controls, the biological samples were extracted, purified and concentrated according to the requirements of parallel operations, and liquid chromatography was used
Spectra-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry detection, with external standard method for quantification.
5 Reagents and Materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, reagents used in the analysis were of chromatographic purity, including
the following reagents.
a) Acetonitrile.
b) Methanol.
c) Concentrated ammonia water.
d) Ammonium acetate.
e) 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.77g of ammonium acetate, dissolve in water and dilute to 1000mL, and adjust the pH to 8 with ammonia water.
f) Standard solution.
1) 1.0mg/mL standard substance stock solution. after conversion according to the purity and salt type of the sodium fluoroacetate standard substance, weigh the appropriate solution.
