Forensic science suspects five kinds of drugs including brozepam
Liquid Chromatography and Benzodiazepines Testing
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the benzodiazepines (brozepam, chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, estazolam and triazole) in suspected drugs in the field of forensic science.
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) qualitative test method and liquid chromatography (LC) quantitative test method.
This standard applies to benzodiazepines (brazepam, chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, estazolam and triazole) in suspected drugs in the field of forensic science
Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.

4 Principle
Extract bromozepam (chlordiazepam, diazepam, estazolam or triazolam) from suspected drug samples. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
For detection, the retention time, characteristic ion fragment peak of mass spectrometry and ion abundance ratio are used as the basis for qualitative judgment; liquid chromatography is used for detection, and standard music is used.
Line method for quantitative analysis.
