Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies diazepam, triazolam, alprazolam, midazolam and their metabolites N-desmethyldiazepam,
Qualitative testing methods for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) of temazepam, α-hydroxytriazolam, α-hydroxyalprazolam and α-hydroxymidazolam.
This standard applies to diazepam, triazolam, alprazolam, midazolam and their metabolites N-desmethyldiazepam,

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principle
Using a blank sample as a control, diazepam-D5 or doxapram as an internal standard, the urine sample was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction or solid-phase extraction.
After purification and concentration, or after derivatization, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used to determine the retention time, mass spectrometry fragment ion peak and relative abundance ratio
As a basis for qualitative judgment.
