Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GA/T 145-1996 "Making handprint appraisal certificate". Compared with GA/T 145-1996, the main technical changes are as follows.
-Revised scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1996 edition);
-Revised normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.1996 edition);
-The classification of identification documents has been increased (see Chapter 3);

Fingerprint identification document specification
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, format, content, filing and entry into force of fingerprint identification documents in the forensic sciences.
This standard applies to the preparation of handprint identification documents in the field of forensic science.

3 Classification of appraisal documents
Appraisal documents are divided into appraisal and inspection reports. Objectively reflect the origin and process of appraisal

4 Format of appraisal documents
4.1 Paper

4.2 Graphic color

4.4 Other requirements

The language expression of the appraisal document shall use terms that conform to the national standard for language and characters, the standard for general terminology, and the law.

The appraisal document should be concise in words, accurate in words, fluent in sentences, and objective and clear in description.

5 Contents of appraisal documents

5.1 General
The appraisal document should include the following elements.
a) the title;
b) the unique number of the identification document and the identification of each page;
c) the name of the entrusted appraisal unit and the name of the person submitting the inspection;
d) the date on which the appraisal agency accepted the appraisal commission;
e) the name of the case or a summary of the case (event) related to the appraisal;
f) description of materials and samples;
g) identification requirements;
h) the date on which the appraisal started and the location where the appraisal was performed;
i) the method used for the identification;
j) identification process;

5.6.7 Appraiser's signature and date
