1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and identification of video surveillance cameras, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and Storage. This standard applies to optical lenses used in video surveillance systems. Other optical lenses can be referenced for implementation.

Note. The resolution level is represented by X.XMP. For example, the 3.0MP level indicates that the lens can achieve a resolution of 3 million pixels when used with a matching camera.
