1 Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography of pethidine and its metabolite dexamethidine in the forensic biological organism (blood, urine, gastric juice, etc.) (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This standard is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of pethidine and its metabolites dexamethasone in the biological organism of the court.
