1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the determination of fluoride ions in the blood and urine samples of the biological samples of the court.
This standard is applicable to qualitative and quantitative analysis of fluoride ion in blood and urine of forensic biological samples.

4 principle
To the blank sample and add samples for the control, according to the requirements of parallel operation, the blood and urine samples were extracted, purified and concentrated, using
Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, with retention time (tR), mass spectral characteristics of ion fragment peaks and relative abundance as a qualitative basis;
For the comparison of the added standard material, according to the ratio of peak area, with external standard method for quantitative analysis.
5 reagents, materials and equipment
5.1 Reagent
The reagents used in this standard are of analytical grade and test water is tertiary water (see GB/T 6682-2008).
a) 6mol/L HCl solution. the amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid 50.0mL, add water and volume to 100.0mL;
b) 10.0 μg/mL Standard substance solution. Fluoride standard solution A standard solution of 10.0 μg/mL was prepared with water.
Sealed, placed in the refrigerator in the cold storage. Save for 6 months. The standard working solution used in the other concentrations used in the test consisted of
10.0 μg/mL of the standard solution was diluted with water;
c) Derivatives. Trimethylchlorosilane.
