This standard is a revision of GA/T 118-1995 "Criminal Photographic Rolling Quality Standards".
This standard supplements and modifies the original standard content. The main changes are.
--- Criminal photo files should conform to the official document format of the state organs.
--- Increased the use of computer programming, scrolling, printing content.
Appendix A and Appendix C of this standard are normative appendices.
Appendix B, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F, Appendix G, Appendix H, and Appendix J of this standard are informative annexes.
This standard replaces GA/T 118-1995 at the same time as the implementation date.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Criminal Technology Standardization Committee for criminal photography and video standardization.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements and methods for making photographs related to criminal photography into legal documents.
This standard is applicable to the filming of various criminal cases on-site photos, public security cases and scenes of disaster accidents. It is also applicable to criminal cases.

3.1 cover
3.1.1 The cover should include the following.
a) photo volume number;
b) the number;
c) the level of confidentiality;
d) the title of the case file (see 3.1.2);
e) the production agency;
f) Time of manufacture.
3.1.2 The title of the case should include.
a) the geographical location of the case;
b) the name of the case;
c) The contents of the case file.
3.1.3 The name of the case shall be consistent with the name of the case record and the scene map, and shall generally include the object of the infringement and the result of the infringement. and also
A name with the case code and the nature of the case can be used.
3.1.4 The cover format is shown in Appendix A and Appendix B.
