Foreword
This standard is a revision of GA/T 117-1995 "On-site Photographic and Video Requirements Rules".
This standard supplements and modifies the content of the original standard. The main changes are.
--- Added the requirement to use digital cameras and digital camcorders and corresponding recording material storage media;
--- For the light distribution technology, close-up equipment, recording materials and other content has been supplemented.
This standard replaces GA/T 117-1995 as of the date of implementation.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Criminal Technology Standardization Technical Committee for criminal photography and video standardization.
This standard was drafted. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Public Security Department, Ministry of Public Security Material Identification Center.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for on-site photography and video recording and the methods for implementing shooting.
This standard is applicable to the photographing and videography of various criminal, civil and public security sites in China.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions identified in GA/T 120-1995 apply to this standard.
3.1
The case, the place where the incident occurred, and all the places where the traces and items related to the case were left.

The method of photographing and video recording, the location of the incident, the traces and articles related to the case and the incident are objective, accurate and comprehensive.
