1 Scope
This standard specifies performance requirements for the measurement of X-ray sources aging tester, general technical requirements, calibration conditions, calibration and calibration side project
Method, calibration result expression and recalibration interval.
This standard applies to the X-ray source aging tester initial calibration, the calibration and subsequent in-service inspection.

3 metering performance requirements
3.1 sampling resistor
Pin resistance value between the maximum allowable sampling error of ± 1%.
3.2 No-load output waveform
No-load output waveform should meet the following requirements.
a) amplitude (peak - peak) maximum permissible error of ± 10%;
b) waveforms. square wave period (26 ~ 60) μs continuously adjustable.
3.3 load output waveform
Waveform cycle (26 ~ 60) μs continuously adjustable, shape, see instrument specifications.
3.4 panel indicates error
Panel indicates error should meet the following requirements.
a) high-pressure indicator, showing the value of the DC voltage maximum permissible error of ± 1%;
b) the reference indicator, the maximum permissible DC voltage indication error of ± 2%;
c) beam indicator, showing the value of the DC voltage maximum permissible error of ± 1%;
d) the filament indicator, showing the value of the maximum permissible DC voltage error of ± 2%.
