5 Reagents and reference materials, instruments and appliances volume
5.1 Reagents and Standards
The reagents used were of analytical grade.
a) methanol;
b) traceable reference materials. 0.1mg/mL THC stock standard solution;
c) traceable reference materials. 1mg/mL THC stock standard solution;
d) traceable reference materials. 1mg/mL cannabidiol standard solution;
e) quantified by external standard 0.05mg/mL THC standard working solution. Pipette 0.1mg/mL THC stock standard solution
1mL was added to 2mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with methanol to prepare a 0.05mg/mL THC Standard Operating
Liquid, frozen in refrigerator, storage time is one month;
