4 principle
This method uses internal standard or external standard method for quality control, the suspected drug samples of solid diazepam organic solvent extraction, with
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID) was used to determine diazepam
Quantitative analysis.
5 reagents and reference materials, instruments and measuring instruments
5.1 Reagents and standard substances
The reagents used were of analytical grade.
a) Methanol.
b) traceable standard substance. diazepam.
c) External standard with 1.0mg/mL diazepam standard stock solution. Weigh diazepam standard substance (according to the standard material purity after conversion
Equal to 50.0 mg of diazepam) was placed in a 50 mL volumetric flask, dissolved in 20 mL of methanol and dissolved in methanol
Scale, prepared into 1.0mg/mL diazepam standard stock solution, set the refrigerator frozen storage, save time of 6 months.
d) external standard quantitative 0.1mg/mL diazepam standard working solution. remove 1.0mg/mL diazepam standard stock solution 5mL added
To 50mL volumetric flask, diluted with methanol to the mark, prepared into 0.1mg/mL diazepam standard working fluid, set the refrigerator in the cold
Save, save time for 3 months.
