Testing method
Part 1. Five Ingredients in Opium
1 Scope
This section of GA/T 1008 specifies the gas chromatographic properties of opium in the active ingredient morphine, codeine, tibainine, papaverine,
(GC-MS) qualitative analysis and morphine gas chromatography (GC) quantitative analysis.
This part is applicable to the qualitative test of morphine, codeine, tibain, papaverine, and cacrine in solid samples.
Quantitative inspection and identification.

3 terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 principle
This method uses internal standard or external standard method for quality control, the suspected drug samples of solid morphine, codeine, babaine, poppy
(GC-MS), and gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization (GC-MS) was carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)
The detector (GC-FID) was used to quantitatively analyze morphine.
