5.1 General provisions
Large fireworks operating units meet the following conditions.

5.2 Special Provisions
5.2.1 Grade A large fireworks display operating units meet the following conditions.
a) the registered capital of 300 million yuan and net assets of not less than 300 million, of which net discharge of operating equipment and testing and measuring equipment is not

b) over the past five years undertake large-scale fireworks Ⅰ level less than 10 jobs, or more than Ⅱ grade less than large-scale fireworks jobs
