This standard specifies the specifications and structural classification of motor vehicle types, the classification of the nature of use of motor vehicles, and the determination requirements for vehicle types.

Design and manufacture vehicles that are used to carry people, deliver goods or perform special operations on roads, and are allowed to drive on roads by law, including
