This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GA 774.1~774.5-2008 "Fingerprint Feature Specification" and GA 775-2008 "Fingerprint Feature Points and Fingerprint Directions"
The main technical changes compared with GA 774.1~774.5-2008 and GA 775-2008 are as follows.
---Revised as a recommended standard;
---Added the palmprint feature coordinate system (see Chapter 4);
---Added the palmprint feature point and direction coordinate representation method (see Chapter 5);
---Added palmprint feature quality, feature point classification and labeling methods (see Chapter 11~Chapter 14);
---Added palmprint detail feature point types and labeling methods (see Chapter 15).
