Summary This standard specifies the definition, type, design requirements, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of fire protection clothing. This standard applies to firefighters in the fire near the fire area by radiation heat damage when wearing protective clothing (hereinafter referred to as insulation). This standard does not apply to the firefighters in the fire area into the flame when there is contact with the flame, or disposal of radioactive materials, biological substances and hazardous chemicals to wear protective clothing.
