3 Terms and definitions
This standard uses the following terms and definitions.
3.1
A reagent for detecting ABO blood type of biological samples such as human blood (spot), body fluid (spot), hair, bone, and the like. Simultaneous detection of both reagents
A sample can be preliminarily determined that its ABO blood type is A type, B type, AB type or O type.
4 reagent classification
4.1 Classification by type of preparation
4.1.1 Lyophilization reagent.
4.1.2 Liquid reagents.
4.2 Classification by reagent source
4.2.1 Human anti-A, anti-B serum reagents.
4.2.2 Anti-A, anti-B serum reagents.
5 Quality requirements
5.1 Appearance characteristics
5.1.1 After the addition of the indicator, the anti-A serum reagent is a blue transparent liquid, and the anti-B serum reagent is a yellow or red transparent liquid.
5.1.2 After adding the indicator, the lyophilized anti-A serum reagent is blue loose body, and the anti-B serum reagent is yellow or red loose body, and the standard is added.
After dissolving the solution, it should be completely dissolved into blue and yellow or red transparent liquid within 2 min.
5.2 Agglutination titer
Anti-A serum reagent and anti-B serum reagent should be greater than or equal to 128 times within 60 min.
5.3 Specificity
Within 60 min, the specificity should meet the requirements of Table 1.
