Foreword
This standard replaces FZ/T 91007-1995 "Textile Machinery Product Coating Process".
Compared with the previous version of the standard, this standard has made the following major changes.
--- In Chapter 4, the "common methods" are changed to "common methods";
--- For the method of derusting, reclassify according to the modern process, and added Appendix A;
--- In Table 1, the process of the third putty is cancelled;
--- Increase 6.1.4 "painting sites must have good ventilation conditions";
---6.2.4 stipulates that the specific time limit for priming after phosphating is "within 8 hours";
--- Removed the contents of the original Appendix B; added new content in Appendix A and Appendix C.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, and Appendix B and Appendix C are informative appendices.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the coating process for textile machinery products.

4 surface pretreatment
The purpose of surface pretreatment is to increase the adhesion of the coating to the substrate and improve the protective function of the coating. Process parameters must be strictly controlled

4.1 Degreasing
Commonly used process methods. chemical degreasing, organic solvent degreasing, electrochemical degreasing.
4.2 Rust removal

4.3 Neutralization
Neutralization is an important auxiliary process after chemical descaling and is usually neutralized with lye.
4.4 Phosphating

In order to obtain a smooth, uniform color coating on the wood, the wood must be pretreated.
