This part is the fifth part of FZ/T 90060.
This part is based on the needs of enterprises to implement computer-aided design (CAD) and enterprise quality management system and product market competition.
According to relevant national standards and industry standards, the characteristics of the textile machinery industry have been fully considered. In the original FZ/T 90063-1995 "Textile machinery design
On the basis of the requirements, format and method of the document and FZ/T 90064-1995 "Format and method of textile machinery product drawings"
Revised.
This part replaces FZ/T 90064-1995 "Format and Filling of Textile Machinery Product Drawings", and at the same time partially replaces FZ/T
90063-1995 "Requirements, Formats and Replacement of Textile Machinery Design Documents". The main differences from the original standard are as follows.
---The standard name is changed from "requirements, format and method of product drawings and design documents" to "Textile machinery product drawings and designs"

--- The title bar of the drawing and the signature column of the design file have been added to the "Approval" column;
---Electrical drawings, detailed list, summary table and mechanical products have been unified;
--- In order to facilitate computer input, the corner note in the original standard was cancelled;
--- Mix the chart with the text for easy access.

1 Scope
This part of FZ/T 90060 specifies the textile machinery product drawings and design documents, including CAD drawings and design documents (hereinafter referred to as
CAD file) format and fill in the rules.
This section applies to the format of product drawings and design documents for the textile machinery industry. Other product drawings and design file formats can also be referred to

3 Product pattern format and filling method
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The product drawings should generally have a frame, a title bar, a change record column, a code column, and a custody record bar.
There should also be a detail column on the assembly drawing, circuit diagram, and electrical assembly drawing, as shown in Figure 1.

3.1.2 The fonts and line types of each column shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 14691 and GB/T 4457.4, respectively, except for signature.
3.1.3 Date signing should be standardized, such as.2003-04-30 or.2003.04.30.
3.1.4 The various symbols of the frame configuration of the CAD drawing shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 17825.2.
