Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces FZ/T 64003-2011 "Spray Cotton Batt". Compared with FZ/T 64003-2011, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Adjusted the file scope;
---Added the terms and definitions of exposed bottom and sprayed cotton batting (see 3.6, 3.7);
---The grading regulations are adjusted to qualified products and non-conforming products (see 5.1.1);
---The physical and chemical properties have increased the evaluation items of thermal resistance, and the index of mass deviation per unit area, bulkiness, and compression resilience performance has been adjusted.
Standard, washing resistance has increased the requirement of no bottoming (see Table 1);
---Adjusted the appearance defect assessment requirements (see Table 2);
---Adjusted the washing program and drying program (see 6.7, 6.6 in the.2011 edition).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Filpower
The apparent volume per unit mass of the sample (apparent volume is the product of the area of the sample and the apparent thickness).
3.2
Bindermissing
The lack of adhesive on the surface of the glue-sprayed batt sheet causes unbonding.
3.3
Fluffing outwardfibers
After the glue-sprayed cotton batt is subjected to external force, it is pulled out of the fibers on the surface of the batt.
