This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 60031-2011 "Test Method for Dimensional Change of Clothing Linings After Steam Ironing". With FZ/T 60031-

1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the appearance and dimensional changes of the garment lining after steam ironing during the garment manufacturing process.
This standard applies to fusible interlining, black carbon interlining and resin interlining based on woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics.

3 Principle
Use an industrial steam iron or flat-plate steam ironing machine, under the specified temperature, pressure, and time conditions, after steam
The sample photos are used to evaluate the level of appearance change of the combined sample, and to test the size change of the garment lining cloth after steam ironing.
4 Equipment and utensils
4.1 Industrial steam iron. meet the requirements of QB/T 1696.
4.2 Flat steam ironing machine. it can spray steam from the panel and apply a uniform pressure. The steam should be saturated steam.
Steam pressure regulating device and air pressure regulating device; steam pressure regulating range is (0~1.00) MPa±0.05MPa; air pressure regulating device
The joint range is (0~1.00)MPa±0.02MPa.
4.3 Appropriate marking printing device.
4.4 Standard fabrics. comply with FZ/T 01076 regulations.
4.5 Cutting knife.
4.6 Steel ruler. comply with GB/T 19022, its length is greater than 300mm, and the graduation value is 0.5mm.

5 Sample preparation
5.1 Preparation of non-adhesive lining samples. cut out two samples at a distance of 10cm from the edge of the cloth and 1m from the end of the cloth, with a size of 300mm×300mm. test
