Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 50001-2005 "Synthetic fiber filament network test method".
The main changes in this standard compared with FZ/T 50001-2005 are as follows.
--- modified the standard range (see Chapter 1,.2005, Chapter 1);
--- test temperature and humidity conditions to laboratory temperature and humidity (see 4.2.1,.2005 version 4.2.1);
- the number of trials to modify the sample of the part (see 4.2.6.1,.2005 4.4);
- Increased coefficient of variation between packages and calculation of coefficient of variation in individual packages (6.2);
- Removed Appendix A rapid humidity control method (see Appendix A of.2005);
- Appendix B to Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix B);
- Appendix C is replaced by Appendix B and the name and content are modified (see Appendix B, Appendix C,.2005);
--- Appendix D is changed to 5.4 (see Appendix D for 5.4 and.2005);
- Added photoelectric counting method (see Appendix C).

1 Scope
This method specifies four kinds of test methods for the fiber network of synthetic filament --- Method A. Hand-moving needle method; Method B. Manual heavy hammer method;
Method C. instrument shift needle method; method D. water bath needle removal method. Method A and Method B are used when the test results are disputed.
This standard applies to synthetic filaments.
