Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is a revision of FZ/T 50010.13-1998 "Determination of the Reaction Performance of Pulp for Viscose Fibers".
This standard replaces FZ/T 50010.13-1998. Compared with the original standard, except for editorial modification, the main technical changes are as follows.
The range extends from the original cotton pulp to cotton pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, rapeseed meal (see Chapter 1);
--- Reference to the standard chapter into a normative reference document, and increase GB/T 3291.1 "Textile material properties and test terms Part 1
Points. fibers and yarns ", GB/T 3291.3" Textiles performance and test terminology Part 3. General ", GB/T 4146.1
"Textile Chemical Fiber Part 1. Genus" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.1998 edition);
- delete chapter on laboratory atmospheric conditions (Chapter 3 of the.1998 edition);
- a chapter on the addition of terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
- a chapter on reagents and reagents and materials, and "chemical pure reagent" into "analytical reagent" (see Chapter 5,.1998 edition)
Chapter 5);
The sample preparation chapter is changed to the test rule and is divided into two parts. The first part is the sampling, the second part is the test environment,
(20 ± 1) ° C, relative humidity (65 ± 3)%; operating point temperature (20 ± 1)
0.5) ° C. "Change to" viscose preparation and reaction performance determination must be maintained at a temperature (20 ± 2) ° C. "(See Chapter 7,.1998)
Chapter 7);
--- Removal of viscose preparation [requires the preparation of viscose containing cellulose 3.3%, sodium hydroxide 13% (carbon disulfide added amount for the sample dry
44% of the mass)] section of a section that retains the quality of the sample and the preparation of the adhesive, changes the type (1) (see 8.2, 8.3,
1998 version 8.2);
--- viscose preparation. "add 5mL carbon disulfide" to "add a certain volume of carbon disulfide (recommended short cotton pulp 5mL, long
7 mL of cotton pulp, 5 mL of rapeseed meal, 8 mL of wood pulp, 11 mL of bamboo pulp) (see 8.2, 8.2.2 of.1998);
- the chapter on the removal of the note, which is included in the test environment (see Chapter 7, Chapter 9 of the.1998 edition).
This standard is proposed by China Textile Industry Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Textile Industry Technical Supervision.

3 terms and definitions
GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3 and GB/T 4146.1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Reactivity reactivityproperty
The index of the reaction capacity of the pulp (cellulose) is expressed as the difference between the time taken by the same volume of the viscose solution
To represent. The shorter the time, the better the reaction performance.
4 principle
Viscose fiber with a certain amount of sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide chemical reaction, the formation of cellulose sulfonate. Determination of cellulose
The difference in the time taken by the sulfonate solution to pass through the same volume of the filter hole.
5 reagents and materials
5.1 Concentration of 13.7% sodium hydroxide solution. density at 20 ℃ 1.154g/mL, mass concentration (157 ± 1) g/L.
5.2 Carbon disulfide. The density at 20 ° C is 1.26 g/mL.
Note. Analyze pure reagents only and use only distilled water or water of equal purity.
6 instruments
6.1 Yellow tank. (15 ± 1) r/min.
6.2 stainless steel or plastic tube. φ32mm (diameter) filter to the top of the tube height of 250mm.
6.3 stainless steel or nickel filter. 10000 holes/cm2.
6.4 Rubber gasket. effective filter diameter of 28mm.
6.5 electric stirrer. stirring speed can be controlled at (3000 ±.200) r/min; stirring rod shape, size shown in Figure 1, the material is not
Stainless steel. After the mixing blade is assembled, the upper blade is twisted clockwise by 45 ° and the lower blade is twisted counterclockwise by 45 °.

6.6 Kangshi oscillator.
6.7 Balance. scale value of 0.01g.
6.8 brown jar. 500mL.
6.9 Measuring tube. 250mL.
6.10 stopwatch and so on.
7 Test General
7.1 Sampling
According to FZ/T 50010.1 regulations.
7.2 Test environment
7.2.1 Adhesive preparation and reaction performance determination must be maintained at a temperature (20 ± 2) ° C.
7.2.2 During the determination of the reaction performance, the liquid level should be kept uniform (250 mm).
7.2.3 Determination of reaction performance shall be carried out under ventilation conditions.
8 Test procedure
8.1 Specimen analysis Moisture determination
According to FZ/T 50010.2 regulations.
8.2 Sample quality
According to formula (1) to calculate the sample quality (the absolute dry quality of the sample according to 14.4g dollars).
M = 14.4100-W x 100
(1)
Where.
M --- the required sample quality, in grams (g);
W - moisture analysis through moisture analysis sample,%;
14.4 --- dry quality of the sample, in grams (g).
8.3 Preparation of viscose
Weigh the adjusted sample m (converted to 14.4 g in dry weight, accurate to 0.01 g in 8.2) in a 500 mL brown jar
, And 361 mL of a sodium hydroxide solution having a temperature of (20 ± 0.5) ° C and a concentration of 13.7% was added. Insert the stir bar of the electric stirrer into the bottle
, The lower end of the stirring rod from the bottom of the bottle about 0.5cm ~ 1cm, at 3000r/min speed of the sample labeled as a paste, stirring 5min.
Add a certain volume of carbon disulfide (recommended short cotton pulp 5mL, filament pulp pulp 7mL, rapeseed meal 5mL, wood pulp 8mL, bamboo
Pulp 11mL), tighten the stopper, the bottle horizontally on the Kangshi oscillator in the direction of the bottle axis oscillation 15min, and then in the yellow box on the yellow
4h. Get the required glue.
8.4 Determination of reaction performance
In a clean and dry stainless steel tube or plastic tube, the bottom of the tube has a screw cap and two rubber washers, loosen the nut, in the two rubber
Between the washers into the 10000/cm2 stainless steel or nickel filter (effective filter diameter of 28mm), tighten the nut. Adhesive is not added
Rust pipe or plastic pipe, fill up so far. The filtered viscose was collected using a 250 mL graduated cylinder and the collection was measured from 25 mL to 50 mL and
125mL ~ 150mL the number of seconds of filtration time, with the difference between the two measured time viscose fiber pulp with the reaction performance, accurate
To 0.1s.
