This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces FZ/T 22002-2010 "Carding Machine Weaving Yarn". Compared with FZ/T 22002-2010, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Modified the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition);
---The classification regulations have been revised (see 4.2, 3.2 in the.2010 edition);
---Modified the classification regulations for high-count yarn, medium-count yarn and low-count yarn (see 4.3.2, Appendix A.3 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the index requirements for twist deviation rate, twist variation coefficient, average breaking strength of single yarn, and grease content (see Table 1,
Table 1 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the lining regulations for color fastness (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, etc. of carded wool yarn.
This document is suitable for appraising the quality of carded woven pure wool, wool blended yarn and wool type chemical fiber yarn.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Security requirements
The basic safety technical requirements of carding machine weaving wool yarn should meet the requirements of GB 18401, and should be used for infants and children’s textile products.
Meet the requirements of GB 31701.
4.2 Classification requirements
The quality of carding machine weaving yarn is based on batch. Comprehensive evaluation based on the inspection results of internal quality and appearance quality, and the lowest one
Item evaluation is divided into high-quality products, first-class products, and qualified products, and those lower than qualified products are classified as non-standard products.
4.3 Assessment level of intrinsic quality
4.3.1 The evaluation level of intrinsic quality is based on batch, comprehensively evaluated according to physical indicators and color fastness, and the lowest item is evaluated.
4.3.2 High count yarn refers to wool yarn with a linear density of 50tex and below (20Nm and above); medium count yarn refers to a yarn with a linear density of 100tex and below~
50tex (10Nm and above ~ 20Nm) wool yarn; low count yarn refers to wool yarn with a linear density above 100tex (10Nm below).
4.3.3 The evaluation level of physical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with Table 1.
