This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document is based on FZ/T 22001-2010 "Combed Wool Yarn" and integrates FZ/T 22006-2012 "Ultra High Count Combed Wool
Compared with FZ/T 22001-2010, part of the content of "Weaving Yarn", the main technical changes are as follows.
---Modified the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition);
---The classification regulations have been revised (see 4.2, 3.2 in the.2010 edition);
---Modified the classification requirements for high-count yarn, medium-count yarn and low-count yarn (see 4.3.2, Appendix A.2 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, etc. of combed wool yarn.
This document is suitable for identifying the quality of combed woven pure wool, wool blended yarn, and wool type chemical fiber yarn.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Security requirements
The basic safety technical requirements for combed wool yarns should meet the requirements of GB 18401, and they should also be used for infants and children’s textile products.
Meet the requirements of GB 31701.
4.2 Classification requirements
The quality of the combed yarn is based on batches. Comprehensive evaluation based on the inspection results of internal quality and appearance quality, and the lowest one
Item evaluation is divided into high-quality products, first-class products, and qualified products, and those lower than qualified products are classified as non-standard products.
4.3 Assessment level of intrinsic quality
4.3.1 The evaluation level of intrinsic quality is based on batch, comprehensively evaluated according to physical indicators and color fastness, and the lowest item is evaluated.
4.3.2 The evaluation level of physical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Table 1, and the coefficient of variation of evenness of top-quality products shall also meet the requirements of Appendix A.
Ultra-high count yarn refers to wool yarn with a linear density of 8.3tex×2 and below (120Nm/2 and above); high count yarn refers to a wool yarn with a linear density of 12.5tex×2 and below~
8.3tex×2 (80Nm/2 and above ~120Nm/2) wool yarn; medium count yarn refers to the linear density of 23.8tex×2 and below~12.5tex×2
