This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 12028-2012 "Polyester Color Spinning Yarn". Compared with FZ/T 12028-2012, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The standard range is adjusted to the polyester dyed yarn produced by ring spinning and air jet vortex spinning;
---Added the technical requirements for air-jet vortex spinning polyester dyed yarn (see;
---The technical requirements for ring-spun polyester dyed yarns have increased the kilometer neps assessment items, which have improved the breaking strength of single yarn and the change of single yarn breaking strength.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of polyester (cotton staple fiber) colored spun yarns,
This standard applies to dyed polyester yarns produced by ring spinning and air jet vortex spinning, and does not apply to special-purpose polyester yarns.

3 Product classification and marking
3.1 Polyester colored spun yarns are classified according to different production processes, different colors and linear densities.
3.2 The production process of ring spinning yarn includes traditional ring spinning, Siro spinning, compact spinning and Siro compact spinning.
3.3 The production process and raw material code of polyester colored spun yarn are expressed in English letters. Siro spinning code is AA, compact spinning code is
JM, Siro compact spinning code is AAJM, air jet vortex spinning code is JV, and the production process code of traditional ring spinning yarn is not marked;
The polyester code is T.
3.4 When marking polyester yarns, the color (or code) of the yarn, spinning process (or code), and the name of the raw material should be indicated before the line density.

Example 2.
