Preface
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 12009-2011 "Acrylic Natural Yarn". Compared with FZ/T 12009-2011, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Deleted the line density provisions in Chapter 3 of the original standard (see 3.1.2 of the.2011 edition);
--- Deleted the assessment item "Blackboard evenness" and added the assessment item "Kilometer nep (200%)" (see Table 1,.2011 edition)

---Adjusted the "linear density variation coefficient", "single yarn breaking strength", "single yarn breaking strength variation coefficient" and "evenness uniformity variation coefficient"
"One hundred thousand meters of yarn defects" assessment indicators (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2011 edition);
---Deleted the sampling regulations and the digital rounding regulations for calculated values (see Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4 in the.2011 edition);
--- Delete the original standard informative appendix B and informative appendix C.

Acrylic natural yarn
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, and packaging of acrylic natural yarn products.
This standard applies to ring-spun acrylic natural yarns, but not to special-purpose acrylic natural yarns.

3 Product classification and marking
3.1 Acrylic natural yarn products are classified in different linear densities.
3.2 The raw material code of acrylic yarn is A.
3.3 When marking the natural acrylic yarn, the name (or code) of the raw material of the yarn should be indicated before the line density.
Example.
The linear density is 14.8tex acrylic yarn, which can be written as. A14.8tex.
4 requirements
4.1 Project
Technical requirements for acrylic natural yarn include linear density deviation rate, linear density variation coefficient, single yarn breaking strength, single yarn breaking strength variation coefficient,
7 indicators of evenness uniformity variation coefficient, kilometer neps (200%), and 100,000-meter yarn defect.
4.2 Classification requirements
4.2.1 Products of the same specification continuously produced by the same raw material and the same process shall be regarded as one or several inspection batches.
4.2.2 Product quality grades are divided into top-grade, first-class, and second-class products, and products lower than second-class are considered non-standard products.
4.2.3 The quality grade of acrylic natural yarn is evaluated according to the product specifications and the lowest item in the assessment items.
4.3 Technical requirements
The technical requirements for acrylic natural yarns are in accordance with Table 1.
