Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association. The standard basis by the National Textile Standards Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized. This standard was drafted. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the use of hemming and wear tester Martindale abrasion tester both assays hemming fabric mill performance. Method A (hemming wear tester) applies to most fabrics, does not apply to class plush, fleece fabrics such as suede test; Method B (Martindale abrasion tester) applies to most fabrics, not for greater elasticity fabric. Note. The test results obtained by the two methods are not comparable.

2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version suitable for use herein Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this document. GB/T 6529 Textiles Standard conditioning and testing atmosphere GB wear fabrics by the Martindale method - Part 2/T 21196.2 Textiles. Determination of specimen breakdown Principle 3 Method A. Under the provisions of the friction pressure, mounted on a test sample and abrasive wear tester hemming jig on the reciprocal friction, specimen holder can About its axis and the horizontal plane perpendicular to rotate freely, according to the number of samples friction Flap damaged when determining the wear resistance of the fabric. Method B. the sample composition installed in the Martindale abrasion tester specimen holder at a predetermined load to the track as Li Sharu (Lissajous) planar motion graphics and abrasive (ie, standard fabric) friction, until the sample is damaged. When the sample Flap damaged records The number of friction, in order to characterize the abrasion resistance of the fabric.

4 Instruments and Materials

4.1 Method A 4.1.1 Flap grinding tester shall meet the following requirements [is shown in Figure 1a)]. --- Flap grinding fixture can clamp 75mm × 25mm rectangular specimens, the specimen clamping width w of 1mm ± 0.1mm. Clamping The sample is shown in Figure 1b). --- Reciprocating test rig, reciprocating speed 125 times/min ± 5 times/min, stroke of 25mm ± 2mm. --- Rotating platform, mounted on reciprocating wear test stand for fixing the hemming jig. Test Bench reciprocating 100 times each, hemming mill Just jig rotation about its central axis. --- Abrasive having gripping means can nip width 40mm, length not less than 200mm abrasive. --- Having a number of friction display device. --- Having a friction pressure weight pressure, friction and pressure applied by the weight of 450g ± 5g.
