1 Scope
This standard specifies three properties --- color hue, brightness, color saturation determines textile labels.
This standard applies to textile design, processing, use and other areas of quantitative representation of color, color preservation, transmission, communication and recognition

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
