Foreword
This revised standard adopts EN1876-2.1998 "Rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Low-temperature test - Part 1. Circular ballistic method."
According to this standard EN1876-2.1998 redrafted with EN1876-2.1998 The main differences are as follows.
1. Normative references in international standards replace national standards.
2. Increasing the relevant provisions of the B parameter.
3. The definition of the term "extreme embrittlement temperature" simplified.
4. Increase the low temperature impact test and related provisions.
5. Increase "if they can prove that the humidity had no significant effect on the results, you can not carry out the humidity" requirement.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 01007-1991 "coated fabric low-temperature resistance test methods."
This standard FZ/T 01007-1991, made the following major technical revisions.
1. Scope simplified.
2. EN1876-2 test parameters as a parameter A, the original method of test parameters as a parameter B.
3. Remove the cooling medium temperature impact tester.
4. Delete the term "crack" the term "cold crack temperature" to "extreme temperature embrittlement."
5. An increase of five transverse specimens.
6. Refine the destruction of the sample description and schematic samples given state.
7. The limit embrittlement temperature measured in terms of modifying the end of the test conditions.
8. Modify the calculation method of the final result.
9. Added Appendix A.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.
The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee based textile branch (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized.
This standard was drafted. National Textile Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
The main drafters. Zhang Qiping, Renhe Ning.
This standard was first published in 1991, this revision is the first time.
Determination of low-temperature-resistant fabric coating
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of low temperature performance coated fabrics, including the determination of low temperature impact test and the limit embrittlement temperature.
This standard applies to the sample at room temperature can be bent into a test status without damaging the coated fabric.
This standard provides two different test parameters (parameters A and parameter B), does not have the comparability of results between the test should be based on the need to use.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent
Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research
Whether the latest versions of these documents. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this standard.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Coated fabric subject to certain impact at low temperatures, the coating surface of a temperature at failure.
Principle 4
The sample is bent into a ring and placed in cold chamber at a certain initial temperature (in multiples of 5), by free-falling weight impact test
kind. Then cooled to the temperature difference of 5 ℃, every change in temperature once the sample is a shock, until the sample appears damaged. Or at a predetermined relatively
Low temperature impact hammer with a sample, the coating surface is observed to produce damage.
5 Sample
5.1 sample should be representative, clip from the effective width of each sample.
5.2 Each stall test temperature of at least 10 test samples, each of five vertical and horizontal. Each length dimension of the sample is 60mm, width
(15 ± 0.5mm).
6 devices
6.1 cryogenic impact device has the following basic characteristics.
--- Sample holding means can grip one or more samples;
--- Hammer is a cylinder, a diameter in the range of 17mm ~ 30mm, bottom chamfer of 45 °;
--- Hammer fixed at a certain height, can thus position of the free fall;
--- Quality weight and height need to select one of the following parameters.
Parameters A. weight mass of (200 ± 2) g, a height of (200 ± 2) mm.
Parameters B. weight mass of (2500 ± 2.5) g, a height of (50 ± 0.5) mm.
As an example, Appendix A gives two kinds of suitable impact device Fig.
6.2 cryogenic chamber to accommodate the impact of instrument should allow an interval of 5 ℃ temperature decreasing. Nearby cryogenic temperature deviation indoor specimens should be controlled
At ± 1 ℃.
