Geological core drilling procedures
1 Scope
This regulation specifies the technical requirements and relevant management regulations for all processes in the drilling construction process.
The definition of "core" in this regulation is broad and refers to the various types of rock samples that can be collected, that is, in addition to the cylindrical core, including each
Rock blocks, rock samples and cuttings, so various reverse circulation continuous cores are also included in the core drilling range.
This procedure is mainly applicable to geological core drilling, engineering survey, engineering construction, hydrological well drilling and small bore drilling of oil and gas well drilling.
For construction, please refer to this regulation.
This procedure is applicable to drilling construction with a hole depth of less than 3000m.
