Technical [2012] No. 83) requirements for the "Hydropower and Water Conservancy Infrastructure Project Unit Engineering Quality Grade Evaluation Standard Part 1.Civil Engineering"
DL/T 5113.1-2005 (hereinafter referred to as the original standard) was revised.
The "Quality Grade Evaluation Standards for Hydropower and Water Conservancy Infrastructure Project Units" is a series of standards, including the following 14 parts.

3 Basic regulations

3 The quality grade evaluation standard of the unit project for dividing the process shall meet the following requirements.

3.0.6 The quality grade assessment of the unit project should be completed within 28 days after the unit project is completed, and the following procedures should be met.
1 All procedures or construction projects of the unit project have been completed and passed the on-site acceptance.
2 Within 7 days after the unit project has passed the acceptance, the construction unit shall, according to the quality inspection record signed and confirmed by the supervision unit, in accordance with the requirements in Appendix A

3.0.7 The quality grade assessment of unit engineering shall meet the following requirements.
1 The quality of raw materials, components, intermediate products and processes are qualified, and the inspection materials are complete and conform to the prescribed format.
2 The sampling frequency and quantity of raw materials, components and intermediate products are in compliance with relevant regulations, and the number and arrangement of inspection points for process quality inspection
The points are randomly distributed, or combined with the key spot check designated by the supervision unit.
3 The construction records and charts are complete, accurate and clear.
4 The quality level of the unit project can be corrected after the defect is repaired, but it should be carried out before the acceptance of the branch project.
5 The supervision unit shall recheck and confirm the unit engineering quality assessment grade.
6 The quality acceptance and evaluation of important concealed unit projects or key part unit projects shall be jointly accepted and evaluated by all parties involved in the construction.
3.0.8 The quality level evaluation of unit engineering should form the quality inspection of raw materials, components or intermediate products, and the quality level evaluation table of unit engineering
And process engineering quality grade evaluation table, as well as quality defect repair inspection and acceptance quality inspection materials.
3.0.9 When the unit engineering quality acceptance assessment fails to meet the qualified standards, it shall be dealt with in time according to the prescribed procedures and approved measures.
The revision of the quality level of the unit project should be completed before the acceptance of the branch project. The revised quality rating should meet the following requirements.
1 If all rework is done, the quality level shall be re-evaluated according to the acceptance data.
2 After processing and appraisal by the design and supervision unit to meet the design requirements, the quality level is assessed as qualified.
3 When some quality indicators of the processed unit project still fail to meet the design requirements, the owner unit and the supervisory unit confirm that the original design unit rechecks
Recognized that it can meet the safety and use function requirements, it can no longer be processed; or after the processing, the shape of the building is changed or the permanent defect of the project is caused,

4 Soil foundation and side slope excavation works
4.1 General rules
4.1.1 This chapter is applicable to soil foundation and slope excavation works.

5 Rock foundation and slope excavation works
5.1 General provisions
5.1.1 This chapter applies to general rock foundation and side slope excavation, protective layer excavation and excavation of unfavorable geological bodies of hydraulic structures.
5.1.2 Rock foundation and side slope excavation should meet the design requirements and "Technical Specification for Blasting Construction of Hydropower and Hydraulic Engineering" DL/T 5135, "Hydropower and Water Conservancy
