Foreword
CY/T 58 "MPR Publications" aims to define and standardize the symbol structure, coding rules, publication production, printing, quality of MPR codes.

1 Scope
This part of CY/T 58 specifies the basic management specifications for MPR code precoding and digital media files in MPR publications.
This section applies to the publication management of MPR publications.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions

4 Publishing of MPR publications
The publication of MPR publications is undertaken by the MPR Publishing Service (see Appendix A).

5 MPR code precoding management
5.1 Pre-coded application
Applicants for MPR code preamble must be officially published.
Each independently issued publication is required to apply for an MPR code preamble, which is the only MPR of the publication.

5.2 Distribution of precoding
After confirming the application, the MPR Publishing Service will accept the application and notify the applicant of the MPR pre-code.
5.3 Use of precoding
After obtaining the pre-coding of the MPR code, the publisher shall complete the production of the publication in accordance with the requirements of CY/T 58.3. The publication

5.4 Validity and extension of precoding
