1 Scope
This part of CY/T 130 specifies the general technical requirements, evaluation and verification methods for green printing involved in plastic flexographic printing.
This part of CY/T 130 is applicable to the evaluation of green printing by flexographic printing companies that use plastics and their flexible packaging composite materials as substrates.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Raw and auxiliary materials
3.1.1 Plate-washing solvents containing tetrachloroethylene and trichloroethylene should not be used.
3.1.2 The restricted use of flexo ink should meet the requirements of GB/T 36421.
3.1.3 Raw and auxiliary materials such as diluents and cleaning agents should not be added with the solvents listed in Table 1.
3.1.4 Ink, varnish, embossing rubber roller and adhesive should not be added with the substances listed in Table 2.
3.1.5 The limit of harmful substances in water-based adhesives shall meet the requirements of 5.2.2 Table 1 in HJ/T 2541-2016.Solvent-based adhesives are volatile
The limit of organic compounds should meet the requirements of non-building and other professional applications in 4 Table 1 of GB/T 33372-2016.
3.1.6 The limit of harmful substances in water-based varnish shall meet the requirements of benzene and benzene solvents in 5.2 Table 2 of HJ/T 371-2018.UV curing
The limit of harmful substances in varnish shall meet the requirements of 4.1.4, 4.1.5 and 4.1.6 in GB/T 30671-2014.Photoinitiation of UV-curable varnish
The agent should meet the requirements of 5.5 in HJ/T 371-2018.
3.1.7 See Table 3 for the raw and auxiliary materials that should be used in printing and their evaluation rules.
3.2.2 Printing
The environmental protection measures and evaluation rules that should be adopted in the printing process are shown in Table 5.
